CELEBRATING
INDIAN DEMOCRACY
It is the
vibrancy of the democracy of India that an ordinary Citizen like me can
directly write to the President of India for his neglect in matter of Nation's
Internal Security on his Facebook page without fear. In other nation, I could be slapped into a
cell without any record.
Similarly,
it is the same vibrancy of the democracy of India that @President of India and
his governing team can be negligent to gross violation of law relating to
Internal Security of the nation and issue indirect threats and shameless
admission of wilfully allowing the illegality through their officers without fear of Law of Land as they are fully
aware of the complexity of Law Enforcement and Judiciary.
Dear Mr.
President Ji,
What Core
Civilizational Values are you referring in event dedicate to releasing a book
with your photo on it !!! Negligence,
Corruption. And why not,.. Gandhi Baba has never said "Boora Mat
Karo" / "Never Do Bad".
He has only said not to listen, speak and see Bad. True values apparently you and your
government has adopted.
You and
your office donot even have the concern and care to investigate these claims
being made by me for months. Why would you take tension when the Tax Payers are
paying for the Retirement Home ?? You
said that your colleagues told you what would you do now since you became a
president as their is no much work to do their.
That shows how demeaning has the Office Of President been among your
colleagues who were most apparently senior legislators as were you before.
My words
must fuel anger and embarrassment in you. If not,.. well I am not surprised
but the thousands reading this will definitely be. All will have only one demand,.. to know the
reason of me writing like this.
With all
due respect to the Office of the President as per the Gita/Bible/Quran of our
nation which is our Constitution, the
individuals incharge of this office of significance must realize that the
ill-fate of our nation has always been in the hands of those who were chosen to
care and honor it. This is another Core Values of our Civilization.
Its time
to revisit our supposedly core values and actual practiced core values of our
Civilization. "Apney muh miya mitthoo kyon baney!!!" / "Why
resort to self-praising?" May our
acts speak. Take any international index
be it transparency, red-tapism, corruption, ease of doing business, Justice
delivery services, law enforcment processes, Human Rights index. All index suggest that we in 70 years have
achieved nothing.
Being
forced by World Bank to open our markets, we have dangerously created an
economy based on Loans and Mines instead of being exporter of processed Goods
or Services. This is a very critical index for any house-hold or country
economy. I am no economists of bureaucratic or high stature. Ask Guv Raghuram
about the correctness of my claim. For
God sake, in 70 years, we have not even achieved our Water Management and
irrigation levels and we are talking about growth.
Mr.
President, the growth you see is a Screensaver.
Your lavish presidential suite is a slap on the face of millions. A
president/leader of a Democratic nation whose 60% population is in shambles,
according to me, must be ashamed of maintaining a life-style not representative
of the living condition of 60% of its population.
Mr.
President, the law and order of our nation is just as stupid. India has a most complex Laws codified in
English while above 60% of Democratic India is illiterate. So when majority of
Democracy cannot contemplate the law of land, what is the legal validity of
those laws. Further more, the Laws are so complex that even the law
makers are confused. And this complexity is manipulated and used by battery of
agents of Law to become messiahs of litigation.
Mr.
President, the Judiciary is crippling with pending cases. Justice delayed is
justice denied. Furthermore, I have
learnt that several Judges are past practicing lawyers. It is also a matter of
general knowledge that most lawyers donot give receipts for their fees and a necessary doubt arises that are all the
judges who were lawyers before didso and if they did, weren't they lawbreakers
committing economic offense. And if so,
a necessary question on the quality of judgement arises. A Question that
is supported by practicing Lawyers and ex-judges who have several times raised
alerts on corruption in Judiciary.
But why
not. Corruption has become a practical
core value of our Indian Civilization as is Negligence which has touched our
Food System where dangerous chemicals are introduced to keep vegetables look
fresh, Doctors are in deal with Medicine manufacturers to sell drugs that give
them commission, Judges - I will not comment for that is illegal, Netas and
Ministers are "Chors and Corrupts" as admitted by senior Gazetted
officer of the government on record.
Above
all, the last line of hope, You Mr. President and your Office have also proved
to be equally negligent and lack in concern even in matter of Internal
Security.
I feel
ashamed that The Office of President appears nothing that represents the
majority of the Democractic India for ages now and most times giving an
impression to an ordinary citizen of having become an over spent constitutional
office which could be run with much less cost and be representative of
life-style of majority of the democracy.
What
right does the head of the family has to over-spend when the family is neck
deep in loans ??
Anyways
Mr. President, India has remained true to our Core Values.Only that you are
referring to the Coded Core Civilization Values while I am referring to the
practiced values. To illustrate, "Satyamev Jayatey" "May Truth
Prevail" is our core value but every one knows in India "Lies are the
necessary truth of our Daily Life".
You may
either arrest and throw me in dungeon or care/dare speak to me to see why I say
what I said.
God Bless
India.
Citizen
of India
ps: A Comment
to Presidents message for being true to core values of our civilization in an
event of releasing a "Coffee Table Book" dedicated to him.
